Great place, clean and comfortable but need improve in the customer and service and attention.

The towell paper holder was not working seem to be something simple to fix and no one in the reception answer my call.

It's a convenient stop over.
Easy to find, lots of parking, large rooms.
The area had little to offer we arrived after 8pm and could find only 1 place selling food and it was full, we did however stay in February so maybe later in the year more would be on offer. The hotel was fine a little warn in places but generally clean, the staff were lovely. The people in. the room above were very noisy therefore we did not get a lot of sleep but this is not the hotels fault... Because of it's convenience if I was on a long journey and needed a stop over I would stay again, if I was looking for a weekend away I would find somewhere with more to offer.

It was a base to visit Valencia, the buses were readily available and we were able to visit Valencia
It was clean and comfortable
We have no complaints for the property it was as stated earlier clean and comfortable
